We kindly request that you submit your RSVP by September 26, 2025. This will help us ensure that the venue and catering team can accommodate everyone comfortably with enough food for all our valued guests.

Please plan to arrive before 2:30 pm to ensure that you can find a seat in time for the ceremony to begin at 3 pm.

There’s no strict dress code for our wedding—we just want everyone to feel comfortable and look nice! The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), so keep in mind that you’ll be walking in the grass, and the parking lot is made up of small stones—ladies may want to choose their heels wisely or consider flats or wedges. Since it’s at the end of October, dressing in layers or bringing a jacket is a good idea. If it gets too cold, we’ll have heating in the barn for the reception.

We plan to hold an outdoor ceremony, but we also understand that Ohio weather is very unpredictable. In the case of unfavorable weather, we will hold the ceremony inside, in the upper part of the barn. We'll make this decision the night before based on the forecast, but regardless, the ceremony and reception will be held at the Buckeye Barn.

We kindly ask that our wedding day be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of a few immediate family members. If you have any questions, please refer to the names listed on the RSVP form, which can be found on the "RSVP" page, where you will then input your name.

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. Our photographer will capture everything, and we’ll be happy to share those photos with you afterward! Once the ceremony is over, we’d love for you to take as many pictures as you’d like.

Yes - the Buckeye Barn has plenty of parking on-site.

When you go to fill out the online RSVP form, you'll be given a checklist of who all from your household is able to come. If you see a spot for an additional guest, then we would love for you to bring your significant other along!
